2. Accounts and Access
- •We use Clerk to manage user authentication (login, email, and secure access).
- •You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- •You agree not to share or misuse your account.
- •We may suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms.
3. Gameplay and Features
Daydream Hero is a single-player action/arcade game featuring dreamlike worlds, score-based progression, and unlockable talents.
Your progress, stats, and in-game achievements are stored securely using Supabase.
We may occasionally update or change gameplay systems, events, or content to improve performance or balance features.
4. In-App Purchases
- •The App offers in-app purchases and subscriptions, managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store.
- •All transactions are final and governed by Apple's policies.
- •You can restore previous purchases through your App Store account at any time.
- •We do not store or directly handle credit card or payment data.
5. Advertising and Rewards
- •The App may display optional rewarded video ads (e.g., "Watch to Revive" or "Watch to Earn Gold").
- •Ads are managed through trusted providers such as AdMob.
- •Watching ads is optional and does not impact access to the core gameplay experience.
- •We do not display intrusive or age-inappropriate ads.
6. Age Suitability
Daydream Hero is designed for players aged 9 and above.
It contains:
- •Mild fantasy themes
- •Infrequent competitive gameplay via leaderboards
- •Optional in-app advertising
It does not include:
- •User-generated content
- •Real-money gambling
- •Chat or social features
Parents can use Apple's parental controls to restrict ads or in-app purchases.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in Daydream Hero — including characters, art, design, code, and game mechanics — is owned by Daydream Hero Studios or properly licensed.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Some in-game content was generated or adapted using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, and Suno) and reworked by our internal design team. All assets are used under valid commercial-use terms.
8. Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy.
Our app collects minimal data — primarily:

- •Game progress and scores (via Supabase)
- •Purchase history and subscription status (via RevenueCat)

9. Termination
